We used them for a smaller custom home and they were great to work with. Easy to reach, great follow-up. It really helped to have Kim assisting my wife with décor++ (far less stress for her). Clean up during the construction process was top-notch. Weekly meetings helped keep us informed of where we were at and also helped in their being preemptive on issues. We never built a home before so we were hesitant to go through the experience of building one. However, EJ explained the entire process and made sure to answer all of our questions which it made us feel safe with our decision of building one. Lance and EJ built our house recently (we moved in December 2014) and we could not have been happier with the end result and the process. They were great to work with and finished 6 weeks ahead of schedule... which is unheard of! They are well respected in the NWA area which was evident in the professionalism and responsiveness of their subs. We built a custom home and had pretty strong opinions about what we wanted, but they offer a design service as well which is nice.
